Our firm continues to monitor the impact of the COVID-19 virus and are prepared to continue operations throughout the duration of this unprecedented public health situation. California has taken aggressive actions with shelter in place orders impacting our Northern California offices and we have responded by providing a seamless transition to allow all our employees to work remotely.  We are preparing for the same transition in Southern California. Our technology allows all of our attorneys and staff to work remotely as long as it proves necessary and we have implemented protocols firmwide in the event that all offices are ordered to close.

The health and safety of our employees and clients remains our first priority along with continuing to provide the effective and professional representation expected of us even in this fluid and challenging time.  We have procedures in place for all firm functions from meeting all appearances, receipt of electronic and paper mail, performing conflict checks, responding to inquiries and ensuring that our attorneys can be reached by phone.

It remains our firm hope that the challenges we are facing together will diminish in the short term for us all.  Nevertheless,  we remain committed to adapting to these new circumstances by maintaining our best practices and providing creative solutions to the challenges as they arise.  We value the confidence you have placed in our firm and we remain committed to helping our clients in these uncertain times.
